No Long-term Contracts
We typically work on 90 day increments so both parties can assess progress. If the business is properly packaged with all needed data including financial, leases, contracts and other necessary information complied we get a good sense of potential buyer interest. Many times, we can have institutional financing in place prior to going to market.
Reasonable Success Fees
We carefully access the probability of a successful sale prior to taking on a new assignment. With a higher percentage of closed transactions, we can many times offer lower commissions than other traditional brokerage firms.

International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB). Have designations of CBB and CBI from both organizations. Current 2018 President of CABB and five- year Board member.
Financing Relationships:
We have agreements with five preferred SBA banks to submit loan packages and can get many deals pre-approved for long term financing. Additionally, we have access to many more lenders through SBA loan brokers. The bottom line is if we cannot get the deal done probably no one can.
